After 20 years in banking our President, Carol, started her insurance career in 1999 and obtained her insurance broker license in 2000. She earned her CISR designation in 2002 and is currently working on CPPL designation. Carol has worked at various size agencies and recently joined Rogers & Gray Insurance Agency, the largest agency on Cape Cod, in May 2013 as a Personal Lines Client Manager. Over the years Carol has been actively involved in the community which includes:

- Rotary Club Member 1990-2006. Service above Self award 1990 and has served as Treasurer and Vice President
- Fundraiser Chairman 1991 for South Shore Cerebral Palsy Annual Auction

Zenaide R.Noia, CISR, AAI, CPIA
Zee Noia joined MAIW in 2009. She served as MAIW Bristol County Public Relation Chair from 2011- 2012, Chapter Director from 2012-2014 and Scholarship Co Chair from 2014-2015. Zenaide is a Graduate of Fisher College with a degree in Business. She is employed with Sylvia Group Insurance Agency of North Dartmouth, Ma. For 29 years. Zenaide was hired as a Sales Center Coordinator and during her tenure at Sylvia Insurance she worked in various departments of the organization, including Data Processing Supervisor, Accounting, Assistant Account Manager and currently Personal Lines Account Manager.
Zenaide earned her CISR – Certified Insurance Service Representative, AAI – Accredited Advisor In Insurance and CPIA – Certified Professional Insurance Agent. Having many roles at Sylvia Group awarded her the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of the insurance industry. Outside of the office Zenaide is an active participant in the fundraising for the Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundations as well as Gifts to Give.

Monique Duquette, CPIW
Monique has been working in the insurance industry since 1987 working at both the company and agency levels. She currently works for the Rogers and Gray Insurance Agency in the Wareham office as a Client Manager for Personal Lines. Monique is also the Director of the MAIW Plymouth Chapter and Co-Chair of the Education Committee. She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren and resides in Swansea, MA. Email: 821monique@gmail.com

Susan Burbine, CSIR, CPIW
Susan has been in the insurance industry more than 30 years on the agency side (personal lines) starting in high school as a billing clerk moving after high school into claims, then a Client Manager and currently as a Personal Lines Support Specialist with Rogers & Gray Insurance. She attained her broker’s license in 1990, the CISR designation in 1992, her Life Accident and Health license in 2011, and earned the CPIW designation through MAIW several years ago. After having been away from MAIW for a few years Susan joined the Plymouth Chapter again in 2006 serving the last few years as the Ways and Means Chair, Assistant Director, Director, Treasurer and Secretary. Susan was awarded the Member of the Year Award from the Chapter in May of 2008. Cara L. Curtis, AINS
Cara began her career in the insurance industry during High School as a CSR at a local agency. After graduating from College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Mathematics she worked at Hanover Insurance on their Product Development and Commercial Underwriting teams. Cara joined MAIW in 2002 and has served as Worcester Chapter Director, MAIW Education Co-Chair, MAIW Publication Chair, and Middlesex Chapter Treasurer. Cara is a past President of MAIW (2009-2010) and previously served as Treasurer from 2011-2012 and 2013-2015. She is employed with SNL Financial as the Senior Product Manager for Insurance Filings and resides in Charlottesville, VA. Cara’s goal for this MAIW year is to lead by example, assisting Chapter Treasurers with their reports and streamline the association’s banking. Email: treasurer@maiw.org

Kristin L. Camarra, JD, CPIW
Kristin is a licensed producer in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health. She serves on the Board of Directors of Camber Insurance Agency, Inc. with offices in Canton & Norwood, MA. Kristin has been involved in the insurance industry since she was 13 years old when she began working after school answering phones and filing. She earned her B.A. in English and Communications from Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH and her J.D. from Southern New England School of Law.
Since joining MAIW in 2007, Kristin has served as the Norfolk Chapter Assistant Director (2008-2009), Norfolk Chapter Director (2009-2011), MAIW Secretary (2011-2012), MAIW Vice President & Bylaws Committee Chair (2012-2013), MAIW President-Elect and Budget & Finance Committee Chair (2013-2014) and MAIW President (2014-2015). She looks forward to serving as the Immediate Past President and Nominating Committee Chair this year. Kristin hopes that people will always remember to “Lead by Example.”
Kristin served as MAIW Publicity Chair from 2009-2014 and she continues to serve on & chair several Norfolk Chapter committees including the Scholarship Committee. Kristin won the 2013 NAIW/IAIP Region 1 CWC Speak-off competition and competed in the 2013 NAIW/IAIP National Competition in Orlando, FL. She is currently working toward her AAI Designation – Accredited Adviser in Insurance.
Parliamentarian
Glynnis Walbridge, CPIW
Glynnis has been a member of MAIW since 1995 and has served on various committees. She is a Past President (2005-2006) and served as Massachusetts State Council Director from 2006-2007. Glynnis is currently the Agency Manager of the Concord Branch for Kaplanksy Insurance Agencies. She has also developed and taught several CE classes for MAIW. As A member of the Education Committee her goal is continued development of classes for MAIW, assisting the Association with conducting classes and helping the Board as needed. A Parliamentarian is an expert in rules of order and the proper procedures for the conduct of meetings. The parliamentarian provides members and the Board of Directors directions on how to state a motion, rule of debate, quorum, etc.; assists with coordination of motions and resolutions, keeps track of the order of those wishing to speak, motions, amendments and voting as supports the President in maintaining order and adhering to time schedules.

Kathryn Beckwith, CPIW
Kathy has been a member of MAIW for almost 35 years. She has served as a Chapter Director and as MAIW, Inc. President from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, she has served on numerous committees and as a seminar leader. She is employed by Lumber Insurance Companies (In Receivership) as a multi-state workers’ compensation claims examiner.
The Key Member provides support for the President, sends out communications from the President to members of the Board and assists with the Board and Association meetings.
